November 2025 \u2013 Following the legal mergers of its subsidiaries in the Field Service Management and Logistics segments, the Solvares Group has unveiled its new brands: Solvares Field Service and Solvares Logistics. With the completion of the rebranding and the launch of the new market identities, the Group has reached another key milestone in its integration journey.<\/p>\n
Legal mergers and new branding for a consistent market presence<\/h3>\n
Earlier this year, FLS GmbH and mobileX GmbH merged to form Solvares FSM GmbH, while St\u00e4dtler Logistik GmbH and Opheo Solutions GmbH combined to create Solvares Logistics GmbH. Each Solvares segment \u2013 Field Service Management, Logistics and Field Sales Management (with Impactit GmbH \/ Portatour\u00ae) \u2013 is now established as its own legal entity.
\nThe accompanying branding project, which has now been completed, introduces a coherent brand architecture across all entities under the Solvares umbrella. At the same time, the new brand identities bring the product portfolios together and create a uniform, clear presentation of the wide range of established and innovative solutions for field service and logistics.<\/p>\n
Combined expertise with a clear market focus<\/h3>\n
Solvares Field Service consolidates the Group\u2019s proven expertise in workforce scheduling, AI-based route optimisation, mobile apps and customer communication for technical and service-focused field operations. Solvares Logistics stands for transport management, AI-driven truck dispatching, logistics consultancy and freight auditing \u2013 from strategic to operational levels.
