Heikendorf, Germany \/ London, UK \u2013 24 February 2026 \u2013 Solvares Group and Totalmobile have today announced they are to merge, creating one of the most comprehensive international providers of field service and workforce optimisation technology.This follows the investment in Solvares in December 2024 by Five Arrows and funds advised by Deutsche Beteiligungs AG, and the completion of the subsequent acquisition of Totalmobile, following regulatory approval.
\nThe merger brings together Solvares and Totalmobile\u2019s market leading field service management solutions. Totalmobile\u2019s \u2018Field First\u2019 platform for field service execution, alongside innovative workforce scheduling, planning and optimisation expertise from Solvares, will create one of the most comprehensive international platforms for field service and workforce optimisation.
\nThe combined business will now employ more than 800 people and support over 4,000 customers across Europe, the UK and Australasia. Customers span sectors including emergency services, health and social care, housing, facility management, telecommunications, infrastructure, engineering, IT, and logistics, supporting organisations that rely on field workforces to deliver essential services.
\nFor the wider market, the combination reflects growing demand for software that can manage complex service delivery and resource requirements, while remaining practical for frontline teams. The merged group creates a differentiated AI-enhanced platform with the scale to support continued innovation in global field service management software.
