Nuremberg, 14.06.2022 – In addition to his role as CEO of Hamburg-based Opheo Solutions GmbH, Dr. Stefan Anschütz is now also strengthening the management of Nuremberg-based Opheo Solutions GmbH. Städtler Logistik GmbH. The 51-year-old will manage the business of Städtler Logistik together with Dipl.-Ing. Michael Reichle, who has successfully managed the original company for over 20 years.
The joint management enables the strategic expansion of the complementary product range of both companies and the development of new customer solutions. Städtler Logistik GmbH has been one of the leading providers of transport management software and route planning, logistics consulting and freight auditing for over 60 years. Opheo Solutions GmbH supports its customers with award-winning software for truck dispatching, route optimisation and telematics. Both companies are part of the Solvares Group, the European market leader for intelligent resource optimisation in sales, field service, transport logistics and service.
"As CEO of Opheo Solutions and co-managing director of Städtler Logistik, Stefan Anschütz will be responsible for the holistic management of the tour planning business of both companies and leverage the corresponding growth potential within the group," Matthias Grünberger, spokesman of the Solvares management, explains the strategic orientation. "Opheo's software offering in the areas of tour control, ETA forecasting and telematics complements Städtler's portfolio excellently. Conversely, Städtler's products for transport allocation, invoicing and auditing represent highly interesting extensions for Opheo customers," Grünberger continues.

Dr. Stefan Anschütz
Stefan Anschütz initially founded initions AG in 2001 and led it as CEO for 20 years. In 2021, he spun off the logistics software business from the company and led it into the Solvares Group as Opheo Solutions.
Before founding initions AG, Stefan Anschütz worked as a lecturer for artificial intelligence and computer-aided planning at the University of Hamburg. The passionate runner, cross-country skier and beach volleyball player is looking forward to the new task:
