Heikendorf near Kiel, 13 May 2025 – Solvares Logistics, the logistics division of the Solvares Group, will be showcasing new software solutions for efficient transport planning, control and optimization at the world's leading trade fair for logistics, mobility, IT, and supply chain management, transport logistic (2 to 5 June) in Munich. Highlights include the “Load Time Forecast” module of the Opheo transport control centre, machine learning, that analyses historical loading times, including customer, location, driver and volume influences, to improve ETA calculation and ensure more accurate arrival information. Solvares Logistics will be exhibiting in Hall B1, Stand 401/502.

Predictive planning has long been one of Opheo's platform strengths. The transport control centre (TCC) calculates the ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) in real time, taking into account telematics and traffic information as well as driving times. The new “Load Time Forecast” module means that loading and unloading times can now also benefit from AI based algorithms, resulting in greater accuracy.

Opheo mobile: flexibly reschedule routes directly on the driver's tablet

The Opheo mobile telematics solution also ensures drivers are seamlessly integrated into the digital processes. They can reschedule routes directly on the tablet if, for example, the current traffic situation requires it. When using bulk or tanker vehicles, delivery data can be transferred directly from the recipient's measuring systems. For improved user experience, new views have also been developed to facilitate the use of tablets in the cab.

Experience Opheo live: Efficient communication in truck scheduling

Visitors can also experience how AI-supported technologies and predictive planning lead to optimized truck scheduling. During a live demo of the Opheo transport planning software, they can see for themselves how the digital transport control centre supports the day-to-day work of transport planners - including route planning, control of current routes and communication. The digitalization and automation of processes affects both customers and drivers and enables secure order communication and smart document management via the Opheo Mobile telematics app.

Save money with our multimodal TMS

Solvares Logistics presents its LP2 transport management system, which optimizes shippers' transport related processes and reduces freight costs. Shippers with a large number of service providers, frequently changing tariff structures and applying complex and often incorrect invoices, can be a victim of a lack of transparency in the supply chain. The consequences are undiscovered costs that could actually be avoided. As a TMS for multimodal transportation, LP2 not only offers an enormous range of functions to help automate process and reduce costs. Automated invoicing, including intelligent invoice matching and freight cost analysis, increases transparency in transport management and uncovers hidden costs. "Our statistics show that every tenth invoice is incorrect. With LP2, these costs can be systematically identified and reduced," says Christian Schneider, Head of LP2 at Solvares Logistics.

100% freight audit as a service

The LP2 TMS manages all tariff types and conditions. The same applies to Solvares logistics’ freight cost experts. The logistics specialist will also be presenting its freight audit service at the international exhibition. There is great potential for savings in a complete and automated tariff-based freight audit process. Our experience shows that every eighth to tenth invoice is incorrect and every twentieth invoiced shipment was not transported at all. With a professional external freight audit partner, Solvares Logistics, these errors are identified and eradicated with savings potential of up to eight percent of freight spend realized.
