The two FSM specialists, FLS and mobileX, have been working side by side under the Solvares Group umbrella since 2022. Their integration into a single organisation further strengthens collaboration, accelerates innovation, and enables the delivery of future-focused processes and high-end technology for Field Service – from intelligent scheduling and route optimisation to mobile solutions and data-driven enhancements to service quality.

The new company is headquartered in Heikendorf near Kiel, with the Munich office retained and an additional site in Cologne.

By uniting Städtler Logistik and Opheo Solutions, the Solvares Group brings together two leading names in digital transport logistics. Städtler Logistik, an established expert in transport management systems and freight auditing, contributes decades of experience in both strategic and tactical transport management. Opheo, with its award-winning, AI-driven solution, is recognised for excellence in scheduling and route optimisation for road freight transport. Together, the new Solvares Logistics GmbH offers a comprehensive portfolio covering the full spectrum of digital transport processes.

The headquarters is based in Hamburg, with the long-established Nuremberg site – serving customers for more than 60 years – also continuing in operation.
